If due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, earthquakes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time, we will notify you by e-mail, in order to let you know the extension of delivery deadline.
REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Some items available for retail are not available for wholesale and vice-versa.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.
REFUNDS
Right of withdrawal from distance contracts under the Greek law 2251/1994 (as applicable) :
You can return a product and we will refund you, if you notify us about your decision within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product by e-mail to the address: info@olympus12.com.
By exercising the right of withdrawal you are obliged to return the product in perfect condition, in which it was delivered to you, or to provide us with evidence that you have sent it safely within 14 calendar days from the exercise of this right. Within the same time we are obliged to refund any amount you paid us. You have to pay the shipping costs of returning the product. The amount of refund does not include the original shipping costs incurred.
Please keep in mind that this is valid only for online sales and that the right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the product is paid and received simultaneously, in a way that the sale is not considered a distance sale.
APPLICABLE LAW
All transactions made through “https://www.olympus12.com” are governed by international and European law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, [=Greek Law PD 131/2003]), as well as by Greek law, notably the law on consumer protection (: Law 2251/1994 as amended), which regulates matters concerning remote sales. Responsible for any discrepancies are the courts of Larissa, however, the aggrieved party must first seek to attempt to reach an amicable settlement – amicable settlement of any dispute in the context of good faith and of morals.
